Why do we make it so difficult?
Surely it can’t be that easy?
There’s got to be more to it?
Acts 16:30 – 31
“What must I do to be saved?”
“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved.”
Many may say:
“Believe what?”
“Is that it?”
“Surely I have to DO something MORE”
Matthew 6:26
“Look at the birds of the air,
for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns;
yet your heavenly Father feeds them.
Are you not of more value than they?”
So, believe WHAT?
Believe that He LOVES you
Believe that He came and did EVERYTHING that was necessary to save you
Believe that He suffered, died on a cross and rose again – for you
Believe that He is alive – right now
Believe that He is seated on the right-hand side of the Father in heaven
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ…
Simply put – believe that He LOVES you
Is where it starts
And let Him LOVE you
Receive His LOVE
Receive Him – for He IS love
For when we TRULY receive Him
When we truly receive His love
He then TRANSFORMS us from the inside out
Again…we have to do NOTHING
For it is ALL about Him
And again, some may say…
Surely it can’t be that easy?
Surely we have to DO something as well?
That’s why it’s called GRACE
God’s unmerited, undeserved favour towards us
It’s ALL about Him
We are saved by Grace through Faith
